My son put the microphone in his mouth and now it is dead , can I replace it?

I just want to buy the part so that I can fix it, but was told by steelseries support: "Unfortunately, we do not have replacement microphones for the Arctis Pro Wireless available."
am going thru this now mic isn't working seems like the wires are messed up and i can't find any parts for this headset. it seems they destroy any used headset. what a FU%^&** waste of money never again am i going to buy another headset from this company.
