Power light is white and stays on an no function

The power light is white and staying on permanently with air noise out of speakers. when I press the power the connection symbol lights up and nothing works . When I tried to reset nothing.

Function turns on after pressing "JBL connect" button and "+" button at the same time for 10s. To turn function off, you need to plug the speaker in power socket and press the "JBL connect" and "+" buttons simultaneously for 10s. After you can use Bluetooth.

I have a Flip3 SE and I get no power up sounds,power button lights up and stays white all this with no functions at all
