black screen problem in most of application

i have problem on my amd graphic card (8600/8700M) i get black screen on most of applications.But when i disable it all fixes. But its make my computer slow so i want to find another solve . I looked everywhere but i couldn't find my problem. Windows says my all graphic card drivers is updated. I get black screen on games ,in after effects ,in discord screen sharing ... but as i said when i disable my amd graphic card , black screen gone.
