Water stopped mid dispense, no lights or internal controls functioning

I have a Whirlpool fridge / freezer (two door fridge on top, drink draw in the middle and freezer door in the bottom). About a month ago it stopped making ice and I was going to look at it in the next few weeks (too busy over Christmas!).

This morning I was dispensing water out of the front panel and suddenly stopped. Now when I open any of the doors the lights won’t come on. It sounds like the unit is still cooling but only time will tell on that one! The controls on the front panel still work but that’s about it.

Any suggestions?
