No Backlight on A1708

I am getting no backlight on my macbook.

I have measured the voltage at Q8400 P-Channel and got a reading of 13V on pin 4 and 12.97V on pin 3.

I have checked both R8400 and R8402 and do get the correct resistance.

Can anyone help me to determine how I can further diagnose and get the backlight to start working again?
