I got an old phone from a family member a while ago (Lg stylo 4) and it had been completely fine for months. I dropped it a few days ago and since then it randomly taps things or wont let me do anything for a few minutes. There’s no cracks on the screen and i even deleted all the apps. I checked for any updates and i had previously updated everything. Please help because its driving me INSANE

This is called ghost touch. Your digitizer (part that takes in touch input) is likely damaged as a result of the drop, and a display replacement seems likely to be needed. You can do the display replacement yourself, or pay a professional to do it for you.
