My tablet wont stay on

My tablet is plugged in with 0% and it keppes showing that its charging but turns off and on again and i cant get to stay on

If the battery is deep drained, then turning it on while it's trying to get a good charge is a bad idea. Consider leaving it charged for an extended period of time. It shouldn't be turning itself on automatically.
