My 50" 4K ULTRA HD TELEVISION STARTS TO THE LOWER 1/2 OF SCREEN STARTS A BLINK. The tv lower 1/2 starts to a 1 second blink. Is the a person who will email me on who can fix the problem. Smiles to the email of and answer. :o)
