iPhone 6 plus freezing screen

So at first when I would turn on the phone the screen would freeze at the home screen. So I factory reset but that didn't work, then I decided to change the screen what's weird is that the freezing on the home screen stopped but then it would freeze again I thought it might be because of the icloud signing notification that keep on popping up at first so I signed in and that stopped the freezing for a while but a week later it starts up again do you think it could be the logic board
