Repair information for the fall 2018 addition to the ASUS ROG Zephyrus lineup. This is a high-end gaming laptop in the thinnest frame for those specs at the time. Model number: GX531GS-AH76.

Can I reattach battery

Accidentally detached part where the batter connects to on the motherboard. Is there a way to reattach that part to the motherboard, or do I just cut my losses and pay for a new motherboard.

Yes I believe you should be able to just reconnect the wire into the slot of the motherboard where it goes, just take care when doing so to not damage anything.
