Graphics card dead or...?

Hello I comment. I turn on the imac, the fans are heard very slow, they stop and start up again, no chime, no picture. Then I unmount the graphics card and without it, turn on, fans spin and don't stop, if it chimes. Some help. It seems simple, although I would like to hear some opinion. Thanks. Imac 27 / core2duo
