Two Panasonics not working now?

I have Panasonic Viera. One minute it was working great turned off, 5 mins later tried to turn back on But green light came on with sound but no picture a few seconds later red light flashed for a few seconds then nothing. I have tried all the combination I could find nothing has worked. So I brought the older flat screen Panasonic down and now that one is acting like there is not power but the is, the socket is tested good. Please can anyone help???
