How to repair the rear glass?

My samsung watch3 ,41mm sm-r850, got ran over by a truck and I need to replace the back glass, anybody got any tips, I can't even find where to buy one online… amazingly the frame and the screen and the strap are all fine.

Pick broken glass off with tweezers

Install glass using provided adhesive
