Blue screened(says use mergency recovery tool)

Okay i rooted my phone then tried to unroot it and now it is stuck on a blue screen with and exclamation mark and says emergency recovery function in the smart switch pc software i have tried everything smart switch wont find it i updated all drivers and tried odin but odin does no find my phone as well i have gone to device manager and updated the usb port my phone is connected, if anyone could help i would be very gratefull.
