My Apple TV 1427 is not discovering any wifi or even bluetooth. Tried after updating software with direct cable connection. Even then it is not working. Reset, restored and software update, all tried but to no avail. Kindly let me know what could be wrong and how to solve it. Thank you.

Sadly, there’s not much you can do here.
Clearly your logic board has failed so you’ll need to find someone with the needed skills to fix it, if that is possible. The problem is the cost of a new unit is likely cheaper than either finding another logic board or the cost of repairing if that’s possible,

Right now as a last attempt, I've connected it to MacBook Pro and started restoring/updating it. I'll post the result once I'm done.

I've done restore/update through connecting to iTunes n MacBook Pro. But this has also not helped. It appears it is a hardware issue. Kindly help me. Thank you.
