The control panel on Bullfrog X series spa is not working.

The control panel on my Bullfrog X Series spa is not working. The spa primes with no problems but the control panel remains blank and will not allow for temp changes, jets, or lights. Is there a fuse that can be replaced or is a new panel needed?
