PQ65-f1 Extrmely dark and non uniform dark

I have a vizio PQ65-f1 that is broken. At best when I turn it on the little led comes on, goes off, comes on again and then the “V” flashes extremely bright like normal and a 1/10th of a second later is SUPER dim. It is practically black on most spaces but there is a little area that is a little lighter (not much) towards the right.

Do I junk this or try to fux it. Since it is super bright for a second at the start I was thinking maybe there is a part to replace.
