Dryer won't start-No F01 Code

The Dryer does not have power going to it. Checked outlet, it has power so itisn’t a power outlet issue. Fuses are all in good shape. Repairman suggested control panel issue, but couldn’t replace due to his company not carrying the panels.

In all other cases for this dryer, I have seen changing the control panel as a solution to the F01 error code, not for a dryer that won’t start, period. Does this seem like a solution, or does this seem like the dryer is just done. I just don’t want to pay 150 for a control panel if it likely won’t do the trick!
