Did a screen replacement yesterday. Unfortunately the tutorial video I was watching didn’t mention to unplug the battery before replacing the screen which I think may be the problem.
Does anyone know how to fix this screen flicker?

Try another screen replacement. What type of display did you use? Soft oled, hard oled, or LCD?

I’m using an LCD. Although I think replacing the screen may have also done something strange to the battery as now when I power the phone off I need to heat it up just to turn it back on.

I replaced my cracked XS screen, using ifixit LCD set. Ever since, it flickers as if someone is taking photos every now and then.
