Unable to activate, red triangle

Hey y’all, thinking about buying this because it’s dirt cheap. Any idea what could be causing the issue? It’s 100% iCloud unlocked so it’s not that. Any input on what it could be would be appreciated! Thanks

have you tried to connect to laptop and flash it ?

you can use 3uTools to install firmware and flash it.

This might be unfixable. If it could be fixed it would require a lot of experience in microsoldering as it will need board level repair on the baseband CPU circuit which is on the bottom layer of the board.
