the power supply burned out on my Dell u2211h ultrasharp 21.5 monitor. its intermal to the monitor. I know I can replace the power supply but cant figure out how to take appart. already removed the 6 screws. there is a symbol that looks like a lock, any help would be appreciated.

after you have taken the screws out, just prey the joint frames that holds the screen panel with a flat screw driver..that should enable you to open the monitor. good luck

My monitor just go off but the power light is on when the PC go standby the light change to orange color when wake the PC then it on green normal but no picture you can the light flash a little bit second with low bright ….I am confused now the monitor name is viewsonic …VA902…19 inches
