Button Sensors on controllers arent working/stuck, any ideas?

i recently got an Oculus Quest 2 second hand, and the controllers came in with messed up sensors. i do not have the money to buy new controllers, so i would like to know if it would be worth it to save up, get them fixed, or to see what i can do.

already tried taking alcohol to the exterior, no luck.
