trouble removing screen, to replace

I cant seem to get my screen removed to replace with new one…

I heat it and the suction cup doesnt stay on the screen to be able to pull it up to get the picks underneath. I tried the packing tape trick to cover the screen but to no avail. Any suggestions?

If the suction cup will not stay on because the screen is damaged you will need to use a thinner pic then insert the one you have.
