Lock screen, volume and power on issues after battery replacement
I decided to replace the battery on an otherwise well working Iphone 6s. I purchased the battery on this site and followed the guide carefully. I had some trouble removing the old battery and possibly used more than “a few drops“ of Isopropyl alcohol, but all in all I felt I had done a good job. I was definitely careful not to put pressure on the volume buttons while removing the battery. The phone charged well but I now have a number of issues:
1) It will only power on if connected to the mains (I get the Apple logo screen but it then powers off if not connected). Once it has powered up it works fine on the battery.
2) Volume and mute buttons not working and headphone jack detected despite there being none inserted.
3) Lock screen button not working.
Many thanks for your help

Issues 1 and 3 have actually resolved spontaneously in 24 hours.
The lock screen button is still not working to lock the screen or power off, although I can power on with it. More annoyingly, it also seems to activating for no reason, leading to the “slide to power off“ screen. Any ideas as to how to solve or at least permanently deactivate?
