It fell from my hands and the power button is now loose and does not want to work.

I had an extra set of these, unusable due to a broken piece of the head rest. I decided to tear it apart for parts for my other pair, which is having problems with its battery. I have come to the conclusion that these are not repairable.

The first problem I came across is just opening the things. The ear cushion fome is under the plastic plate, which is held on by 4 locking mechanisms. No matter how you go about it, the cushion will be damaged or destroyed, as the locking mechanisms go through the cushion. The locking mechanisms are VERY tight, and deformed my prying tool.

Next problem: the location of the parts. Unlike other headphones, the battery is not located on the same side as the charging port, or it has two batteries, I cant check because my tool is destroyed. On top of that the battery is not simply a pouch with two wires soldered to the board, but is instead this(sorry for bad quality, I don't have a phone to take a picture with):

I found the take apart was not that bad.

I used the metal spudger to get into the ear piece. There are four press in place "clips" that are at about 10, 2, 5 and 7 o'clock. positions. Be careful of the small wires for the speakers. I had to twist the spudger (using pliers) to get it to click apart (it snaps loud).

It appears there are no existing teardown or repair guides for these headphones, you should take this opportunity to do your own teardown and create your own guide for these headphones.

common sense can often get you pretty far so long as you have a basic understanding of hardware and the right tools. you could be the first as it seems no one has made a repair guide for these before.

If the plastic piece covering the button is what’s missing you should at least theoretically be able to put it back but if the button functioning but not turning it on, then its possible there is internal damage to other hardware from the drop, in which case I strongly doubt you are experienced in micro soldering (most people aren’t, including me) so you should make the best of your situation and use it as an opportunity to help others who encounter a similar issue by making a guide so that they may know what to do, Good Luck! ;p

I've repaired and torn down several pairs of these due to the defects these things tend to have. This goes for the kids and the pro versions. You will need a plastic spudger and a good bit of patience. I want to add that these have a decent warranty on them for defects, so be sure to double check whether you have coverage or not. I'll do a complete teardown later this evening.

I used my fingers to feel the buttons on the headphones, but I didn't find any of them, so I couldn´t open the lid and get access to the internal parts. I tried to remove the coxon without success because it was fixed inside the cavity and wouldn´t get out. I didn´t continue with the attempt because I could damage the coxon.

The volume down button on my headphones still doesn't work.

I slept with my headphones on and now both buttons have somehow turned into the the volume up button and they don't click anymore, it's just like if I were t push a spring down and it springs back up, no click

It would be very hard to do. Once the button becomes loose, it’s almost impossible to put back in. I disassembled mine and found the microchip impossible to fully remove in order to glue the button back on (referring to the little button inside the headphones that is what is loose when you can’t press down the power or volume buttons). Taking apart the headphones requires a small screwdriver and isn’t worth it. Still possible though 👨🏿‍🦳🫴🏿👨🏼‍🦲🫃🏽💃🏽👩🏼‍🦽🥺🤤.

I smashed my power button on accident and it was pushed in but I was still able to use it and turn it on, but now the power button won't work and I used a thumbtack to try and pry it out but that damaged the button even more ( don't do what I did) and i'm not sure how to fix it, I've searched it up and they don't have much on the these headphones (don't know if that helped you guys or not)
