How to put the lid handle springs back in place

On a similar model, the NC600CCO, the handle back cover came out releasing 2 springs and 2 pins. How should it be reassembled? It seems that I will have to glue this handle back cover in place once I know the arrangement.

Long pins in the holes. Springs on the short pin side.
