Do they have a voltage chart to diagnose no screen display issue

I need a voltage chart to diagnose first generation iPad Pro I put a battery and no display, Doctor Strange Pro put in a new screen I still don’t know if the battery has full power.

What you are looking for is a set of schematics and board views to identify the power rails and their voltages.
