My Brush bar is not Spinning

Brush bar quit spinning. Cleaned brush bar. Still nothing. Replaced brush bar head still nothing. Checked brush bar switch with multi meter and it operates fine. What have I missed?

I'm having trouble finding a diagram. Is there a belt and motor to drive it? If the motor is getting power, have you tested the motor? Is the coil grounded out or broken (will read OL if broken, or will show continuity to ground if grounded) have you tried turning on the motor without the belt.to see if it spins?
