PS4 controller turn on plugin USB cable but not charging the battery
My two brand new PS4 controller turn on and working using the USB cable but can not use wirelessly or charging the battery.
I'm not sure everyone having same issue, my case is different and I have two brand new PS4 controllers having same issue.
I plugin directly to the console also acting the same.
Resetting and pairing not fixing the issue.
The first controller i thought my the battery problem, then second time i bought after using for a while it happened again.
My case, while i plug in the USB cable, the controller it's working and acting look like charging the controller. But if i unplugged the USB cable the controller turn off. Like no battery at all.
I can use the controller if the USB cable plug in but not wirelessly. Why?
How to fix this, i don't think the flex cable and the USB port issue, i had changed it and still same.
