This laptop has 16 P2 screws, and they are so tight that they twisted and deformed both P2 bits that I have. I’m now stuck mid-repair with no way to extract these screws.

Yes, the antenna screws can be hard to get out as Apple’s builder Foxconn uses a sealer which makes it hard. I often find a bit of heat can help soften the sealer or I use a solvent.

I also had this same issue with the exact same MacBook. I’m stuck mid-repair because a P2 bit broke off in a tiny screw that’s too tight. Now I can’t get another bit into the screw and the MacBook is still broken. How do I extract the P2 bit tip that is stuck in the screw?
