What cable is this in my PowerBook G4?

Hi, I’ve recently bought a PowerBook G4 1.5ghz 12” inch and there is this black and red wire cut hanging out of the display hinge, can anyone please tell me what is this cable for so I can replace it?

its the cable right in the middle of the picture bellow, its the tiny one

But there’s no MagSafe connector in the first place ?, it has the circle charging connector
