Google Pixel 4a - high ambient noise on calls

hi guys,

upon delivery and setup i accidentially put the sim tray unlock tool (the needle) into that spot of the secondary microphone.

Any people complain they hear a lot of my ambient noises.

Do you know/think it is possible that i’ve destroyed that secondary microphone?
