freezer was making to much ice and it was in in giant chucks

My freezer was making to much ice and it was in in giant chucks, I decided to hit arrows up and down. They are now at 15 and 45. I have tried to get it back to 0 and 37 but it does not stay there. However if I hit the button a second time you see o and 37 but it goes back to 15 and 45. Help
