My Surface Pro will not charge after troubleshooting

I performed all full troubleshooting sequences on my Surface Pro 6 for testing the adaptor, adaptor cables, electrical outlets, physical damage on the Surface or cable/ adaptor, etc. The adaptor is working to standard. The Surface Pro will not take a charge or power on. Please advise if able, thank you.
