No sound in the right ear. It is easy to remove ear pads, but no idea how to do the next step. Googled 2h, probably I’m the only one who wants to repair it by himself. Please help.

Fixed by myself:
- found a picture with half-disassembled Jabra Evolve2 40, looks like both models have similar construction
- there are 4 latches, just open them gently using a screwdriver
- one wire was detached, so I soldered it back, and reassembled the ear pad

Hello Alex, I came across your post as I am experiencing the exact same issue with my Jabra Elite 45h.
Thanks to your post I managed to disassemble the ear pads and sure enough, both cables are disconnected.
Any chance you can walk me through how you managed to solder it back? This is completely new to me but I would love to be able to fix it myself. If you can send me an email at diaz2500@gmail.com that woul dbe great too.
