Issue connected with silent mode

Hi everyone. I noticed that my IPhone 7 has an issue with silent mode. The thing is, when I press volume up button in non-silent mode the silent mode bar occurs and only after few seconds the volume increases. If I do the same thing in silent mode, the volume will go up without any problems. Do anybody know what can I do with this?
