Want to test a PS4 before buying.

Hello Everyone!

I wanted to ask you guys a question about a cable I want you use on a PS4 I am looking to purchase. I’m buying it from a friend who happened to have lost the cable, and he let me have his console to test before I purchased it. I was looking arround my house to see if I could find something that would work, and I found this cable. The question is, Would it work? Any help would be appreciated! (P.S, the console is a PS4 slim, and I am in the US for voltage.) (Also if the attached photo is too blurry, it says “7A 125V~” on it.)
