have you dusted and cleaned it out? it probably is over heating

I cleaned it out with a brush and a vacuum and with compress air. Power cord is plugged into a extension cord.
is the fan working?
also when you cleaned it did you remove the main board and look at the bottom?
This was a common problem when the console released and had to do with the power cable's ability to be inserted either way. Try unplugging the power cable from the console flipping the cable over and inserting it that way.
