Can u help me to fixed my issue no sound volume on my device HTC desire816d. I hear just the vibration sound how Ivan sort out for this issue

Mimmo Maduli so you do not hear any sound? Have you tried a pair of head/ear phones? Any change? Did anything happen to your phone prior to this?
