What are the exact sizes of the case and PCB screws?

I stripped a couple screws. Specifically, one that attaches the PCB to the case, and the other is the small Phillips screw that goes in the battery compartment. What are the best length and thread size for replacement screws?

Do you actually need the size or just want the screws? I always just buy replacements from ebay
