Load noise while printing and print is barely visible

While my printer is printing we hear a very load noise almost as if it is struggling or grinding. Also, when a page is printed, it's not clear seems as if it doesn't print properly and the ink is almost full so should print clearly. Thank you for any help.

Those are two different issues. First the low ink issue. The print heads can get clogged and there is a clean printhead function. repeat several times until you get good ink.

second one is likely a plastic gear that you will need to find and replace.
