Most buttons are not working

I have an broken New Nintendo 3DS XL. All button except ZL, ZR and Home are not not working. The circle pad and the touchscreen doesnt work either.
Any idea what could cause this issue?

I have another completly dead mainboard. So if I now which component might be faulty i could try to transplant it.
