Unused Jura ENA Micro 90 not making coffee

I received a Jura ENA Micro 90 as a gift and it’s never been used, but was sitting for 3 years. After much work, I finally got it primed but it won’t make coffee. It seems not to be pulling much water through the machine, and the grounds are being dumped dry (though there is a bit of water in the drip tray after - not enough for a full cup). I’ve disassembled and reassembled the brew group and the drainage valve is fine. All of the solutions I’m reading have to do with a clog or worn down part, but the machine has never been used before. Nothing comes out when pressing any of the coffee buttons, but it does run through a full cycle. Hot water does come through when the hot water button is pressed.
