2003 f250 v10 a/t 4x4 engine dies immediately when shift into reverse

If I start it in neutral i am able to drive ok. This truck always had a 5 second transmission delay hot or cold. Now if I turn on the lights engine dies immediately Already cleaned throttle body and maf sensor Transmission fluid full Checked relays and fuses. One relay may have had a hard wire ground. I noticed it dangling but still grounded to dash metal. Maybe the power train relay 302 not sure which pin to reconnect it to. Maybe a shorted wire inside ignition column steering shaft I had a new turn signal windshield washer installed it corrected the turn signal but windshield washer still doesn’t work. I even replaced the pump I could not find a fuse in owners manual that is related to ww
