Why exactly is my Xbox one x power button flashing twitch while off?

For some reason I got up this morning and my Xbox one x’s power button was lighting up my room from the light flashing twice. I’ve tried looking it up online but there isn’t any info on what is causing this. And it is also very warm to the touch.

Edit: It also constantly doesn’t want to download and games and it also constantly has a save game error and I don’t know what else to do with the Xbox
