Why is my ps2 resets everytime power on?

I was playing my PlayStation 2 scph-90004 with uLauncher and OPL. It was working just fine and out of somewhere the system stopped reading uLauncher burned disc and also got completely reseted(kinda like factory reset).Not only that whenever I power on it shows initial setup with japanese lang.
