Playstation Store Crashes and gives me error code:80010017

I had backed up a few games with MultiMan for the PS3, I had installed a system update like a idiot with no back up data or even thinking about deleting the software, I had tried loading the Playstation Store and it just sends me back to the menu with an error, I looked into this and it's a Blu-ray error, EVEN THO IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BLU-RAY, it does not work, I have tried activating and deactivating the console but it doesn't work, the weird thing is that I can run disc games perfectly with no problem, please help me fix this problem!
