FaceTime audio works, regular calls dont

I replaced the back camera thinking that was the issue. It was not. I cant hear anything on a normal call. No ringing or voices. When I call my wife’s phone it rings and when she picks up…nothing. However FaceTime audio is all good. Calls are 100%. Did the hard reset, did the software update, just need to know what to replace to end this nightmare

I would try replacing the proximity sensor ear speaker you will lose face ID but It might fix the issue

I had a customer that there phone never ringed loud and it ended up being the proximity ear speaker sounds similar to there issue that your having it was an iPhone XR
