How to fix oculus not pairing?

I have not been on my oculus for about 3 days, I wanted to play with my friends I tried to put in the account thing when you first turn it on, and it was not working so I went to the app and it was not pairing my oculus to the phone. I thought it was a glitch so I restarted it but it still doesn't work. Is there a way to fix it?
