Touch unresponsive after first lock after reboot

Some time ago today, my phone went unresponsive to touch. Since it’s xiaomi and random events like this are quite common, I’ve just rebooted it. After boot everything worked fine until I’ve lock the screen. After wake up it touch became unresponsive again.

This happens every time. After reboot everything works just fine and then after lock and wake up no touch. I’ve tried already wiping the phone and it didn’t help which is super weird as it seems more like software issue.

Screen was replaced like a year ago and couple months ago the phone was in repair due to getting wet. But again, this seems more like software issue, so I don’t think it’s related
